Personal Note From Bernice
What a great time!

On January 25th, we officially launched The Masterful Leader Coaching and Consulting company.  Although I’ve been working at this for some time, to actually have a “coming out” party was wonderful! The launch event was absolutely fabulous and huge success! We had a great turnout and we all enjoyed ourselves. The support of having my family there was the cherry on top! There is something to be said about putting your gifts out to the world. It felt so good to pass along my hopes and dreams for this business and the major impact I plan to make with The Masterful Leader.

Birth is a glorious event, and birthing this business was just as lovely!  Thanks to all that came out to celebrate and to those that sent their well wishes!

You are participating in the inaugural issue of “The Masterful Connector” newsletter/ezine.  Each month I plan to share what’s going with the business, articles, resources and interesting tidbits I run into along the way.

Thanks again for being a part of The Masterful Leader!

See ya next month,

A boss fixes blame, a leader corrects mistakes.
A boss knows all, a leader asks questions.
A boss makes work drudgery, a leader makes it interesting.
A boss is interested in himself or herself, a leader is interested in the group.
